Nori is a specie of leaf made from seaweed. It can also be used crumbled to sprinkle various dishes or simply cutted into small strips to mix with other ingredients.
Product Description
Nori is the Japanese name for edible seaweed. It has a strong and distinctive flavour and it is used chiefly in Japanese cuisine as na ingredient to wrap rolls of sushi or onigiri, in which case the term refers to the dried sheets.
This Enso Roasted seaweeds contains 8 sheets and makes around 50 pieces.

100% Toasted seaweed.
Storage:
Store in a cool and dry place, away from light sources.
Preparation Suggestion:
Place a nori sheet on a bamboo mat. Spread about 60g of cooked sushi rice over the leaf, leaving the leaf ends free. Place the ingredients you want on top of the rice (salmon, surimi, avocado, cucumber). Wrap the mat over the nori sheet. Seal with a little water. Cut each roll into 6-8 pieces. Serve with soy sauce, wasabi paste and ginger.
Usage Suggestions:
Ideal to prepare sushi “MAKI”.
Also delicious torn into strips and used in salads or rice topping.
