From the original recipe from Western Liguria, this is a speciality obtained with top quality ingredients and prepared with Riviera basil, with pine nuts, sheep’s cheese, salt, a touch of garlic and extra virgin olive oil. Added to just strained pasta, it exudes the sweet aroma of its Mediterranean flavours.
