This Leonardi White Balsamic Condiment is obtained from white grape must, aged in oak casks for 4 years, in order to acquire its golden color. Its main characteristic is the fact that it does not change the color of the dishes and offers very fruity and slightly acidic aromas and flavours.

Produced with white grapes and later aging in oak barrels. It has a typical amber color. Its most striking feature is that it does not change the color of the dishes, but adds a fruity aroma and a slightly acidic flavor. Ideal in appetizers, salads, vegetables, sauces, fish, white meat, Mozzarella cheese, Bitto, and Robiola among others).
