Lizi’s Low Sugar Granola is a high fibre, ready-to-eat toasted cereal made from oats and nuts and seeds baked with the minimum of added sugar. Total sugar (both natural and added) is less than 4%. This granola will appeal to those who find other granola products too sweet or who are trying to reduce their sugar intake.
All the Lizi’s granolas are specially formulated to have a low GL (glycaemic load) per serving. This means that unlike many breakfast cereals the energy is released slowly, keeping you feeling fuller for longer. A single 50g serving should keep you going until lunchtime and avoid the mid morning cravings that come with so many other cereals.

Ingredients:

Wholegrain OAT flakes 65%, nuts 12% (ALMONDS pieces, CASHEW pieces, HAZELNUT pieces, WALNUT pieces), rapeseed oil, seeds 7% (pumpkin, sunflower), desiccated coconut, fructose, black treacle.

Storage:

Store in a dry and cool place. Reseal bag after use.

Ready to eat with milk, fruit juice, yogurt with fresh fruit or directly from package.
