Honey and Oat Bread

A bread made with 100% milled oats, without added sugars and totally natural. A flour high in vitamin B1 and phosphorus, source of fibre, iron, magnesium and zinc. To be served plain, with honey or fresh fruit.

Preparation Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ºC.
  2. In a bowl, mix the honey, eggs, oatmeal and salt. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, mix together the instant oats, bicarbonate, baking powder and cinnamon.
  4. Gradually add the flour mixture to the honey and egg mixture, beating with the help of an electric mixer. Leave to stand for 5 minutes.
  5. Grease a cake tin with olive oil, line it with baking paper and pour in the pastry.
  6. Sprinkle with the oat flakes and bake in the oven for 40 minutes.
  7. Leave to cool slightly before cutting so as not to crumble.
