Argentinian sauce with herbs such as parsley, oregano, pepper, garlic, paprika, olive oil and vinegar. Chimichurri means “a mixture of everything” in Basque Spanish. Chimichurri is a typical sauce that accompanies all beef grilled in Argentina. However, they can also be enjoyed with many other dishes, such as fish or poultry.
