Guaranteeing premium quality for over 70 years, Mrs Elswood pickled cucumbers are harvested at the height of the cucumber growing season during June and July every year. These cucumbers are freshly picked & packed once a year, this means our pickles are fresher & crunchier!
Add a special touch to your dishes, sandwiches and salads with these delicious Mrs Elswood Sweet Sour Cucumbers.
Ingredients:
Cucumbers, water, sugar, acetic acid, salt, MUSTARD seeds, onions, firming agent (calcium chloride), natural flavor, colour (riboflavin).

Storage:
Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 5 days. Once removed do not put back into the jar.
Preparation Suggestion:
Perfect pickles ‘n’ potato salad:
Place 1kg of Charlotte halved potatoes in a large pan of boiling water and cook for 15-20 minutes until tender, drain and allow to cool.
To make the dressing, whisk together 4 tbsp of mayonnaise, 2 tbsp of sour cream, 2 tbsp of white wine vinegar, black pepper, 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped, and 1 tsp of Dijon mustard in a small bowl. Season well and set aside.
Place the cooled potatoes in a large bowl with 4 Mrs Elswood Sweet & Sour Pickled Cucumbers sliced and 6 radishes finely sliced. Stir through the dressing until well combined. Transfer to a serving dish, top with 3 hard-boiled egg halves and serve.
Usage Suggestions:
Ideal for beef, pork or chicken, it is also great when served also with poultry, seafood or grilled vegetables. Enhances the flavor of stews, sauces and casseroles.
