Ingredients

  • 20 panettone slices, about 1 cm thick
  • 1 litre of milk
  • 4 egg whites
  • Oil for frying

Preparation Method

  1. Pour the milk into a bowl and fry the panettone slices. Then lightly beat the egg whites, fold into the slices and fry.
