Rogan Josh is a classic curry dish commonly found on Indian restaurant menus. Rogan, or roghan, refers to a red curry with meat. It is essentially an aromatic meat curry, flavoured with aromatic spices such as cardamom, ginger and cinnamon and fresh chillies.

Ingredients:

Rapeseed Oil, Tomato, Coriander powder, Salt, Sugar, Tomato paste, Modified Maize starch, Acidity regulator (Acetic acid), Ginger, Garlic, Chilli powder, Garam Masala, Fennel powder, turmeric powder, fennel seed Cumin powder.
