Cooked mussels, fried in olive oil and served with a homemade spicy escabeche sauce. This preserve consists of 7 to 9 pieces with a soft texture and a flavour with vinegar nuances from the handmade escabeche sauce.
The mussels of the Real Conservera Española have been awarded a TOP 10 prize for the best preserves in the world in the Seafood/Mollusc category. Ranking 2021 of the 101 Best Seafood Preserves in the World.

Ingredients:

MUSSEL (MOLLUSK), olive oil, VINEGAR(SULFITES), garlic, paprka, smoked paprika, hot pepper, cloves, pepper and bay leaf.

Storage:

Store in a cool, dry place. Once the container is opened, keep it in refrigerator, consume within 24h.

Preparation Suggestion:
