The olives used to create this oil are harvested by hand and processed in an antique oil mill near Lake Trasimeno in Umbria respecting the highest standards of quality. The Black Winter Truffle has an extremely aromatic, intense and fruity fragrance and as the name implies, occur in winter and rainy autumns, because truffles need a lot of moisture to grow.
Ingredients:
Extra virgin olive oil 99%, dehydrated white truffle (Tuber magnatum Pico) 0.15% (same as 0.9% of fresh truffle), flavour.
Storage:
Keep in a cool dry place. Consume within 30 days from opening.
Preparation Suggestion:
Recommended dosage: ½ teaspoon in preparation, 1 teaspoon to season.
Usage Suggestions:
Drizzle over meat and tartare, carpaccio and filets, pasta, eggs, cheese, salads, vegetables and potatoes. Use as a finishing condiment.
