The pure and precious salt crystals used in this mix are collected by hand from the salt mines of Khewra, at the heart of the Himalayas. This salt is not quite as salty as fleur de sel and is slightly drier. This fossilized sea salt is also known as “rock salt” or “salt of the earth”.
The Summer Truffles, as their name suggests, are harvested earlier than burgundy truffles, from May to August. They are most often found in the southern part of the distribution area of the species, notably in the Mediterranean climate areas of France, Italy and Spain.
This mix of Himalayan diamond salt and summer truffles will transform all your daily dishes.
