This harmonious blend of roasted spices will enhance soups, tomato carpaccios, marinated meats and crispy vegetables. Its bitter but slightly sweet flavors will sublimate a chili.
Roasting gives spices a toasted aroma reminiscent of caramel and hazelnut. To develop the delicate aromas of spices, the toasting operation is slow and delicate.
Each seasoning of this mixture is roasted manually, at a constant temperature and without the addition of fat. The temperature and the roasting time vary according to each type of seasoning, its size, its humidity and the flavor you want to obtain.
