Product Description
This paprika comes from the Zitou region in Slovakia. It has been cultivated for more than 100 years in the traditional way. Its moderately spicy, iodized and heavily smoked notes give it exceptional character and spicy notes.
Harmonization of foods and spices: a creamy or cream sauce to accompany smoked fish, infused in a meat stew with red wine.
Aromatic impression: the powerful aromatic intensity of this paprika gives us a fruity and intense whole where notes of boiled cherries and burnt herbs are mixed.
