In China this chilli is used to marinate yak meat which is subsequently dried. Grown in Yunnan in southeastern China. Its burning is ranked in the middle of the Scoville scale (50 000 – 100 000).
Product Description
With a name like ‘Ring of Fire’ you know this chilli is going to be hot. t’s chilli peppers mature from dark green to red and measure 70,000-85,000 Scoville Heat Units (SHU’s). 15 times as hot as a Jalapeno and twice as hot as the Cayenne Pepper.
The Terre Exotique ‘Fire rings’ Chilli is presented in small rings making it ideal for seasoning or to decor your dishes.

Storage:
Keep in a dry place.
Preparation Suggestion:
It is best added at the end of the cooking process. Avoid touching with bare hands and try and use gloves. Avoid all contact with eyes.
Usage Suggestions:
Ideal for fish en papillote, marinated meat and stews. Use them to spice up your homemade guacamole, chicken broth, grilled meat, delicate white fish, salads or chocolate desserts.
