Product Description
This mixture is the result of chance! Once, a hunter from the far north of Canada put salt in the pan with maple sugar. Not wanting to spoil his precious sugar, he used the mixture which resulted in a buffalo dry meat. Thus was born this great Québec classic.
Ingredients:
Sugar, coriander, dehydrated vegetables (garlic, onion, red, bell pepper), sea salt, black pepper, maple sugar, maple natural, essence, vegetal oil (canola).
