A marvellous recipe inherited from the Vikings from Egersund and rediscovered by a miracle, Viking salt is sure to surprise! It is a mixture of salt, curry and black pepper. The recipe had faded into obscurity, but recently was found again, to our delight. Terre Exotique Viking smoked salt is a fine salt that will delight fans of smoked flavours. Has an intense, smoky aroma reminiscent of the forests of the Great North and of sea spray.
