A wild hot-pepper with a complex, hot, spicy aroma with wood shavings. It grows on the large trees of the rainforest in the hot and humid southwestern regions of Madagascar. Matches perfectly with grilled red meat.
Product Description
Its name comes from “voa” which means fruit in Malagasy and “tsiperifery” which is the name of the plant. It’s a very rare pepper, unique and even addictive with its woody floral notes with a fresh citrus hint.
It grows on large tropical forest trees, in the hot and humid parts of southwestern Madagascar, harvested by hand by the local Malagasy villagers.
