Product Description

With its southern-flavored ingredients: semi-dried tomatoes, grilled onions, olives, garlic, basil and Herbes de Provence, this “Poulet Méridionale” spread is reminiscent of the South of France and Italy.

The products are cooked for a long time to release all their flavors. Meats are browned for hours, to give them a candied, spreadable texture with good fiber. We then delicately incorporate carefully selected vegetables, spices and herbs.
