Preparation Method

  1. Place the parsley leaves in the chopper and chop lightly.
  2. Cut the eggs in half and put the yolks in the miner.
  3. In the mincer, put the tuna, and the mayonnaise, and season with a little pepper. Mince everything until it becomes a homogeneous paste.
  4. Put the paste into a pastry bag or syringe with a wide mouthpiece and fill the eggs.
  5. To make it prettier, make a bed of garden lettuce on a platter and place the stuffed eggs on top.
  6. Accompany this starter with toast or toasted bread. Put the remaining pâté in a bowl and serve on the side.
