Tapas with Calamari, Fried Tomato, and Salsa Brava

Tapa is an appetizer of Spanish cuisine served in most bars and restaurants in that country, accompanying a drink. The traveling consumption of tapas from bar to bar is called tapeo or “ir de tapas”.

Preparation Method

  1. Place a thin layer of fried tomato on the slices of bread, then add the pieces of calamari and top with salsa brava sauce to taste.
