The Abruzzo Pear Tomato is a culinary treasure typical of the Abruzzo region, with its pear shape and sweet, balanced flavor. This tomato passata is made exclusively with tomatoes hand-picked on the Fragassi farm. Processed on the day of harvest following tradition, it has an incredibly sweet and rich flavor, virtually without acidity. No preservatives, no added sugar.

Grown in Città Sant’Angelo, Abruzzo, between the mountains and the sea, these native tomatoes (Abruzzo Pear) are so perfectly sweet and flavorful that they practically need no salt.
