Cultivated in the company’s fields on the slopes of the Gargano, the cauliflower is then picked and processed exclusively by hand with other genuine ingredients to give birth to a high quality Organic Cauliflower Spread which enhances the flavours and fragrances of the fresh vegetable.

Thanks to its creaminess and its delicate taste, this spread is particularly versatile in the kitchen.

Ingredients:

Organic cauliflower (55%), Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil (38%), Organic ALMONDS, salt, Organic apple cider vinegar, pepper, Organic garlic. Acidity regulators: lactic acid, citric acid, antioxidant: ascorbic acid.

Storage:

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct light and heat, and protected from sunlight. After opening, refrigerate, cover with oil, and consume within 4 days.
