Butter and garlic bruschetta with canned Sardines

Preparation Method

  1. Roast 8 cherry tomatoes with olive oil, salt and black pepper.
  2. Meanwhile, in a frying pan, melt 30 grams of butter and fry 2 cloves of chopped garlic. When the garlic is golden, place two slices of bread in the frying pan so that they absorb the butter and the bread is toasted on both sides.
  3. Remove the bread from the pan, place two cherry tomatoes on each slice, place a sardine in olive oil opened in half and garnish with golden rolled garlic. You can add some fresh basil leaves to decorate.
