Distinctly sweet, vibrant, and well-balanced. Because the tomatoes spend long hours in the Mediterranean sun, their natural sugars concentrate to deliver a fresh-from-the-vine taste.
Harvested strictly by hand at peak ripeness, the tomatoes are blanched for a very short time to maintain their structural consistency, carefully hand-peeled, and jarred the same day.
Made with only 3 natural, organic ingredients: peeled tomatoes (64%), water, and a pinch of salt. It contains absolutely no artificial additives, citric acid, calcium chloride, or preservatives.
