ChinEAT Sesame Oil is a premium Asian-style condiment extracted from toasted sesame seeds. It is widely recognized for its distinctive toasted aroma and deep dark golden color, serving as an essential pillar for imparting the authentic flavor of Asian cuisine to homemade recipes.

In Chinese and Asian cooking, toasted sesame oil should not be used as a frying oil or cooking base. Excessive heat destroys its volatile aromatic compounds and can leave a bitter taste in the dish. It should be used strictly as a finishing oil to add a final touch to stir-fries (wok): Turn off the heat of your fried rice or stir-fried noodles and add just a few drops just before serving. In soups and ramen: Add a drizzle directly to the hot soup bowl to release the nutty aroma with the steam.
