Ingredients

Preparation Method

  1. Cook the noodles in the amount of water for 3 min.
  2. Cut the onion into wedges, the peppers, and the ham into cubes.
  3. In a wok or skillet, lightly sauté the vegetables and ham with a drizzle of olive oil.
  4. Add a little soy sauce, add the noodles and mix everything together.
  5. Open a clearing, reaching the dough to the side, pour the beaten egg, and stir.
  6. Involve with the dough.
