Preparation Method

  1. Start by sautéing the tofu with a little olive oil and add salt and spices to taste. Cook for 10 minutes.
  2. In a large saucepan, sauté the onion with a little olive oil until golden brown.
  3. Add the spices (except the salt) and let simmer for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring regularly.
  4. Add the stock or water, coconut milk, salt, and vegetables. Bring to a boil and then cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Now add the noodles and bring to the boil for 3 minutes. Turn off the heat and add the tofu.
  6. Serve with chopped parsley and black sesame seeds to taste!
