Aioli is a typical French culinary sauce, original from Provence, made traditionally in a mortar, the garlic is crushed together with egg yolks, salt, pepper and oil. It’s similar to mayonnaise, but traditionally it does not carry vinegar or mustard. To give it an even more special touch, try adding a few drops of lemon to taste.
The taste of freshness and sunshine in Plaza del Sol Aioli Sauce adds a Mediterranean touch to your dishes for the greatest success with your visits.

Ingredients:

Sunflower oil, water, garlic, stabilizers (cellulose, cellulose gum, xanthan gum), salt, lemon juice, vegetable fiber, potato starch, flavor.

May contain traces of Soy.

Storage:

Store in a refrigerator after opening. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

Usage Suggestions:

Ideal as a sauce of chips, to go with raw or cooked vegetables, meats, fish and seafood (with the exception of oysters and sea urchins), snails fried Green Beans etc. The aioli goes well with everything, even with a piece of bread!
