Chicken Noodles and Vegetable Chop Suey

Preparation Method

  1. To prepare the vegetable chop suey: cut all the vegetables. The zucchini in cubes and add to the 330gr of chop suey. Then cut the onion into julienne and the crushed garlic.
  2. In a wok with hot oil, add the garlic, ginger and onion. Let it cook for approximately 3 minutes, then add the courgette and the chop suey vegetable mixture.
  3. Add the chopped cashews (reserve a part for garnish). Stir and reserve.
  4. In the same wok, heat 250ml of water and add the noodles when the water is boiling.
  5. Cook for 3 minutes and stir occasionally with the help of a fork, until the noodles have completely absorbed the broth.
  6. Serve the noodles along with the vegetable chop suey. Decorate with chopped cashews.
