Thursday Cottage marmalade range includes many of the bitter and sweet citrus fruit varieties from all over the world. Thursday Cottage uses traditional open pan methods to produce a really ‘home-made’ style of marmalade filled in classic 1lb jars.

Ingredients:

Sugar, Seville oranges, concentrated lemon juice, gelling agent: citrus pectin. Prepared with 40g of fruit per 100g.
