Preparation Method

  1. Chop the onion, tomato, chili, and avocado.
  2. Combine everything in a bowl, and season with salt, lemon, and Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
  3. Finish with mint and reserve in the fridge.
  4. Open the bread, drizzle with a little Extra Virgin Olive Oil and a pinch of salt, and quickly toast in the same skillet.
  5. In a skillet, arrange the sausages and grill until golden brown. Reserve.
  6. Arrange the sausage on the bread and top with the guacamole to serve.
  7. Serve with sweet potato chips.
