Product Description
Lapalisse Pure Pistachio oil is predominantly consisting of oleic acid and linoleic acid, rich in omega 6, 9 and vitamin E. The amber green colour, the affirmed character and the persistent aromas offering a marked flavour between balsamic vinegar and honey.

Usage Suggestions:
It goes well with all sweet or savoury preparations, perfect as a seasoning with balsamic vinegars on salads, and when uncooked on shrimp, tuna tartare or duck Carpaccio. You can add some dashes on grilled fishes, definitely try it in your pastries, pies and cakes.
