Preparation Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Place all the muffin ingredients, except the biscuits, in a large bowl and mix coarsely with a wooden spoon.
  2. Cut 7 Belgian Chocolate Thin pieces into pieces and add to the muffin mixture.
  3. Divide the mixture into the muffin tins and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
  4. Let cool on a rack at room temperature.
  5. Cut the remaining biscuits in half and divide them between the muffins.
