Salty and lightly acidic, these small, Moroccan-style Beldi Lemons have a thin skin and bring an intense lemon flavour and fragrance to a wide variety of dishes. They are a traditional ingredient in North African cuisine, used to add a subtle but distinctive citrus note to tagines and condiments.
Ingredients:
Lemons, water, salt, acidifiers (citric acid, acetic acid), antioxidant (ascorbic acid), firming agent (calcium chloride).
Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat and light. After opening, keep refrigerated and consume within 5 days.
Usage Suggestions:
Ideal for adding a citrus flavour to Tagines, Stews, Sauces and Grain Salads.
