Cane Crush, Arcane offers a new vision of a sipping white rum. It is both very aromatic, fruity and smooth, with an incredible concentration of aromas but without any heaviness.
Cane Crush is distilled twice: the first distillation takes place in Mauritius, in traditional pot-stills. The second distillation is made in Cognac in traditional small alambics. This allows to keep the very best aromas and thus produce a great white rum.
EYE: crystal-clear, gleaming.
NOSE: very subtle and aromatic.
PALATE: a superb luxuriance of fresh cane aromas.
To an Indian mojito:
Build in a cup with ice, 10 mint leaves, 2cl lime juice or, 1/2 fresh lime cut in 4 pieces, 2cl cane sugar syrup and finally 4cl ARCANE DELICATISIME.
Complete with sparkling water, mix and enjoy.
The best way to taste Cane Crush is neat, chilled on the rocks, but it is also a superb rum for mixology.
