Product Description
Hummus, or chickpea paste 100% natural with sun dried tomatoes. Without any additives it is ideal as a spread or as a snack with vegetables or grissini. You can also add it to other dishes such as pasta and salads.
It is a Middle Eastern dip, spread or savoury dish made from cooked and mashed chickpeas mixed with tahine, lemon juice and garlic. The standard garnish in the Middle East includes olive oil, some whole chickpeas, parsley and paprika.

30% Chickpeas, water, rapeseed oil, SESAME paste (SESAME seeds, salt), 11% dried tomato, sugar, salt, pepper, garlic, acidity regulator: citric acid; preservative: sorbic acid.
