Product Description
Noodles are a staple food in many cultures like Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Filipino and Vietnamese. They are made from unleavened dough which is rolled flat and cut and may be of various types, according to flours and ingredients used. Noodles are usually cooked in boiling water, sometimes with cooking oil or salt added. They are also often pan-fried or deep-fried. Noodle dishes can include a sauce or noodles can be put into soup.
These Erawan rice sticks are made from rice flour. Quick to cook, are low in fat and gluten free.
Ingredients:
Rice flour (90%), water (10%).
Preparation Suggestion:
Put the Noodles in boiling water, cover and turn off the heat. After 3 to 4 minutes remove them, and immerse in cold water. They are ready to sauté or add to your soup.
Usage Suggestions:
Use on Asian stir fries and soups.
