Product Description

This Passata is made with yellow tomatoes harvested on the Fragassi farm. Processed on the day of harvest, following tradition, it has a sweet and delicate flavor, with very low acidity compared to other yellow tomatoes. No preservatives, no added sugar.

Grown in Città Sant’Angelo, Abruzzo, between the mountains and the sea, these native tomatoes (Pera Abruzzo) are so perfectly sweet and flavorful that they practically need no salt. Verde Abruzzo, which owns the Fragassi brand, uses only the highest quality ingredients in its ready-made sauces and Fragassi Artisanal Passatas. Naturally sweet and full-bodied, Fragassi Passata and ready-made sauces are produced entirely in Abruzzo, using only the finest ingredients.
