Preparation Method

  1. To make the crostini, cut the baguette diagonally into 2cm thick slices, arrange them on a baking sheet and place in a preheated oven at 150 ˚C for about 10 minutes to gratin and brown. Remove the crostini and leave to cool. Increase the oven temperature to 180˚C.
  2. Place the grapes on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Drizzle the grapes with honey and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbles and wrinkles start to form.
  3. The Camembert can go into the same oven 10 minutes after the grapes so that everything comes together at the same time.
  4. Then cut a diamond pattern into the Camembert, insert thin slivers of garlic into the cuts, drizzle with a little olive oil and sprinkle generously with Mediterranean Roast Marinade empero. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and creamy. Serve immediately with crispy crostini and roasted grapes.
