This is a rustic sauce made with tomato and sweet mixed peppers that give it a rustic consistency. Each jar contains the ideal for 4 servings.

Ingredients:

Tomato pulp (40%), tomato concentrate (15%), water, orange pepper (8%), red pepper (8%), yellow pepper (8%), onion, extra virgin olive oil (2%), olive oil, garlic, parsley, salt, spices.

Allergens:

Also may contain milk, nuts, eggs, celery, fish.

Storage:

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened refrigerate and consume within 5 days.

Usage Suggestions:

Toss through a steaming pan of penne or fusilli and add some torn up mozzarella cheese for a flavour of southern Italy.
