Penne with Vegetable Ragú

Preparation Method

  1. Heat the Vegetarian Vegetable Ragú in a pan.
  2. Cook the penne pasta in a large saucepan of boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Drain the pasta, reserving 1 cup of the water.
  3. Add the pasta to the ragú and stir; add a little of the cooking water if the sauce becomes too thick.
  4. Transfer to plates and serve sprinkled with chopped basil and parsley leaves and grated cheese.
