Coming from an exclusive Leonardi recipe, Balsamic Condiment Pearls are small spheres with a lemon flavoured liquid. When consumed, they provide a surprising and pleasant explosion of flavour in addition to transforming any dish into a true gastronomic spectacle.
Ideal for: Salads, fish and seafood, carpaccio, cured meats, snacks, appetizers, ice cream, fruit salad, cheesecakes, yogurts, cocktail.

Ingredients:

Lemon White Balsamic Condiment (white grape vinegar, concentrated white grape
must, natural lemon aroma), water, thickener: cellulose gum, gelling agents: calcium
chloride, sodium alginate.

Storage:

Keep in dry place, away from direct sunlight. Once open keep refrigerated.
