Originating in central and southern Italy, Fettucce are pasta ribbons obtained from selected raw materials and the careful process of bronze drawing.
The high quality of the gluten guarantees excellent resistance even after the ideal cooking point, bringing to the table pasta with personality and a lively and inviting appearance.
Fettucce owe their name to the similarity with the strips used in the hems of clothes. They are very common in Roman and Tuscan cuisine. Ideal for meat dishes, sauces based on game or fish, with shellfish or crustaceans.

Preparation Suggestion:

For perfect results use 6 liters of water per 500g, add salt and when the water boils, add the pasta stirring occasionally. Once cooked (after 9 minutes), drain and season to taste.
