Paccheri, derives from the term “paccarià”, which means in Italian “punch”. It is thought that the name derives from popular tradition where the word was used to illustrate the strong and heavy consistency of this pasta. They represent the great Neapolitan tradition and passion for the world of pastas. Suitable for the preparation of fish dishes, as well as for dense and heavy meat-based sauces.

Storage:

Store in a dry place away from heat and humidity.

Preparation Suggestion:

For perfect results use 6 liters of water per 500g, add salt and when the water boils, add the pasta stirring occasionally. Once cooked (after 14 minutes), drain and season to taste.

Usage Suggestions:

Suitable for the preparation of fish dishes as well as dense and heavy meat-based sauces.
