Mr. Moris’s Octopus Carpaccio is a delicate, genuine and light specialty, ideal for appetizers or fast main courses represents a real delicacy. Octopus is rich in proteins with high biological value and poor in fat. It has a low-calorie intake which makes it suitable for low calorie diets.
It has significant amounts of iron, calcium, phosphorus and potassium.

It is produced, using octopuses mainly Octopus Maya, which is added only a pinch of salt and aromas. The product is then marinated and finally is packaged in a protective atmosphere that allows keep the same fragrance and softness of the freshly sliced product.
