Pickles consist of seasoned and chopped fruits and/or vegetables that are served as an accompaniment to spicy traditional dishes of Indian cuisine. Pickles can be served as a starter or as an accompaniment to curries and dal dishes. The Extra Hot Mango Pickle are spicy combination that contains 60% mango, mustard, pepper, fenugreek and a mix of spices.
