Lightly dried cherry tomatoes, cut in quarters, flavoured with aromatic herbs in olive oil. The partial drying of the tomato keeps a pleasant pulp of the fruit which has a sweet and fresh taste. Excellent as an appetizer, starter and side dish, but also on pizzas and bruschettas.

Storage:

After opening, store inthe refrigerator under suitable hygienic conditions, covered in oil with a lid, and consume within 5-6 days.
