Sabarot chanterelles are very carefully selected. Much appreciated for their appearance and unique flavour, chanterelles most often marry poultry, but can be more simply enjoyed in omelettes.
Product Description
Chanterelle are between the most popular of wild edible mushrooms. They’re sought after by chefs and foodies due to their delicate flavour, which some describe as “mildly peppery.”
Orange, yellow or white, they are fleshy and funnel-shaped.
Chanterelles largely grow near hardwoods like maple, poplar, and oak but it’s not uncommon to find them around white pines.
In this bottle the Chanterelle mushrooms are presented dry, maintaining all their nutrients.
Ingredients:
Dried Cantharellus mushrooms (Cantharellus cibarius), hand picked. Subject to desiccation.
Preparation Suggestion:
Rehydration instructions: Place in water for 30 minutes. Rinse in a slotted spoon and use as fresh mushrooms.
Usage Suggestions:
Ideal to prepares soups, sauces and fillings.
