In this mixture of Dried mushrooms and porcini mushrooms, they are selected with the utmost care and will give theirs an authentic and original flavour.
Boletus is a genus of mushroom-producing fungi.
Porcini s a basidiomycete fungus, and one of the type species of the Boletus genus, not rare to find because they develop mainly in oak and chestnut groves, and can easily reach large dimensions.

Bolets jaunes, cèpes séchés.

Storage:

Store in a dry, airy place.

Preparation Suggestion:

Rehydration instructions: Place in water for 30 minutes. Rinse in a slotted spoon and use as fresh mushrooms.

Usage Suggestions:

Goes with meat, poultry, pastas or vegetables dishes.
